Anthem Mediation Launches Golden Ticket Program Offering U.S. Law Firms 50% Off a First Full-Day Mediation

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Anthem Mediation and Arbitration LLC, a New York-headquartered dispute resolution firm, today announced its Golden Ticket program, which gives law firms across the United States 50 percent off their first full-day mediation with Anthem. The offer is limited to one per law firm and applies to sessions with any mediator on Anthem's current panel.

The program is aimed at plaintiff and defense counsel handling employment mediation, including discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower and retaliation claims, and wage and hour disputes. Anthem also mediates breach of contract, business, securities, personal injury and divorce matters.
Anthem was founded as an alternative to what the firm calls "messenger" mediation, in which a mediator carries offers between caucus rooms until the parties either settle or reach an impasse. According to the company, its mediators use evaluative case analysis during the session and, when a case does not resolve on the first day, continue following up with counsel by phone and email in the days and weeks afterward. Where it may help close the gap, the mediator may also propose a second session.

Mediation is available in person in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, California and Washington, D.C., and most panel members also mediate remotely by Zoom or Microsoft Teams for parties anywhere in the country. Anthem maintains offices in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami and Philadelphia.

The firm has also simplified scheduling for counsel. Rather than contacting each mediator's case manager to check availability, attorneys can review mediator profiles online, select a preferred mediator and request an appointment directly. The selected mediator then contacts counsel to confirm a date.
