### Brian Ching on Joining Endavant FC

"I’m excited to support Endavant FC in Houston, Texas, as a Strategic Advisor for Elite Player Development and Mentorship.

Houston has been my home for many years, and I believe in the importance of creating opportunities for young players in our community to pursue their dreams.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that developing great players goes beyond what happens on the soccer field. Having the right mentors, strong coaching, and a positive environment can make a lasting impact on a young athlete’s journey.

I look forward to sharing my experience, mentoring young players, supporting Endavant FC’s vision, and helping create a pathway where talented athletes can grow as players, leaders, and individuals.

The future of Houston soccer starts with investing in our youth."

### Bringing Elite Soccer Opportunities to Northeast Houston

Endavant FC was created in response to a growing need for additional high-performance soccer opportunities in Northeast Houston, including the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, Porter, and surrounding communities.

The organization aims to provide talented players with access to advanced coaching, competitive environments, mentorship, and pathways toward collegiate, professional, and international soccer opportunities.

Through his advisory role, Ching will support the organization's long-term player-development vision, contribute strategic insight based on his professional experience, and participate in mentorship initiatives designed to inspire young athletes.

The collaboration is intended to help players understand not only the technical and competitive demands of elite soccer, but also the importance of leadership, resilience, discipline, and personal growth.

### A Vision Built on More Than a Decade of Youth Development

Endavant FC founders Jennifer and Cesar Coronel began their journey in 2014 when they left their full-time careers to establish JC Sports Houston, an indoor youth sports development center serving young children and families in Northeast Houston.

Their commitment to innovation led to the creation of JC Sports Soccer Lab in 2016, followed by Fall Creek Soccer Club in 2018 and the establishment of Villarreal Houston Academy through an international relationship with Villarreal CF in Spain in 2020.

Endavant FC represents the next chapter of that journey.

"We are incredibly honored and excited to welcome Brian Ching to Endavant FC," said Cesar Coronel, Co-Founder and President of Endavant FC. "Brian represents everything we want our young athletes to learn: commitment, perseverance, leadership, and a genuine connection to the community. His accomplishments speak for themselves, but what excites us most is his willingness to invest his experience and knowledge into the next generation of players."

Jennifer Coronel, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Endavant FC, emphasized the importance of mentorship and creating opportunities close to home.

"Our mission has always been about much more than winning games or building the biggest soccer organization," said Jennifer Coronel. "We want to create meaningful experiences that help children grow as athletes and individuals. Having someone like Brian supporting our vision brings tremendous value to our players and families, especially as we work to expand opportunities for young athletes in Northeast Houston."

### Always Moving Forward

The name **Endavant**, a Valencian word meaning *forward*, reflects the organization's commitment to continuous growth, education, and player development.

As Endavant FC works toward its long-term competitive ambitions, its leadership remains focused on creating a sustainable, player-centered environment built on quality coaching, meaningful partnerships, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

With Brian Ching joining its advisory group, Endavant FC takes another important step toward building a stronger elite youth soccer pathway in Northeast Houston.
